Treasury Manager (Digital Assets) - FST1 (จำนวนที่รับ 1 คน)

คุณสมบัติ

    • Atlases 5 years’ experience managing comprehensive company finance functions, preferably within the cryptocurrency or blockchain industry.
    • Strong proficiency in financial analysis, reconciliations, and internal controls.
    • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
    • Fluency in English (spoken and written).
    • Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a dynamic environment.
    • Strong organizational, problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills.
    • Capability to handle multiple tasks, perform under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.

ลักษณะงาน

    • Gain a thorough understanding of business operations and fund flows to identify potential opportunities and risks, ensuring funds are securely managed and accurately reconciled.
    • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of financial processes, workflows, and policies.
    • Provide support for daily operational needs from a finance perspective.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams—such as operations, marketing, and technology—to design and document detailed business requirements for product features from a financial standpoint.
    • Prepare and deliver financial reports to stakeholders, highlighting key insights and recommendations to drive business performance and support the financial reporting team.
    • Identify and evaluate financial risks related to the digital currency sector, and develop strategies to mitigate them.
    • Lead efforts to optimize financial processes and enhance reporting efficiency, ensuring best practices are adopted organization-wide.
    • Manage digital asset treasury operations, including liquidity management, wallet structures, and crypto/fiat conversion strategies.
    • Maintain relationships with crypto exchanges, custodians, and traditional banking partners.
