Head of Financial Planning and Budgeting (MIS) - FST1 (จำนวนที่รับ 1 คน)

คุณสมบัติ

    • Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, MIS or related fields
    • Minimum 5 year experience in the role of Financial Planning and Budgeting, MIS, Data Analysis or related fields.
    • Knowledge in balance sheet, profit and loss statement and budget preparation.
    • Good level of proficiency in MS Excel (Advance), Power BI, SAS, SQL.
    • Familiar with MS Power Point, preparing the dashboard and presentation.
    • Analytical, communication, presentation Skills, logical thinking
    • Good communication in English

ลักษณะงาน

    • Developing and maintaining a MIS plan, including budget needs, operational requirements and schedules.
    • Formulating and overseeing the implementation of a company's MIS policies to protect data.
    • Identifying and introducing process improvements to increase MIS efficiency.
    • Having extensive knowledge of an organization's business and MIS requirements.
    • Planning and overseeing hardware and software installations.
    • Performing regular servicing and maintenance of a company's MIS system to ensure it is safe and efficient.
    • Analysis  MIS data to spot and mitigate patterns or trends that can cause unplanned downtimes or outages.
    • Training employees and other interested parties about MIS activities to increase their awareness and expertise.
    • Monitoring the performance of employees and guiding them to improve their output.
    • Supervising MIS staff and motivating them to work efficiently and collaboratively.
    • Planning and managing upgrades of software and hardware components.
    • Following the sector's developments and recommending new MIS solutions or practices to improve efficiency and productivity
