Identify key requirements from relevant stakeholders in order to plan and define project scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing.

Manage and resolve issues related to the Investment Product Platform, covering both internal systems used within the organization and external systems provided to clients, to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Collect and manage investment product data in a systematic way, consolidating and organizing information related to investment products for use in in-depth analysis, product development, and marketing strategy execution.

Coordinate and support relevant departments by working closely with internal teams and related parties to facilitate problem-solving, product development, and system enhancements to better meet user needs.

Research, analyze, and propose approaches to improve processes related to platforms and product data management for greater efficiency.

Test and validate the trading platform end to end, maintain a thorough understanding of platform functionality and workflows, and promptly troubleshoot and resolve related issues in coordination with relevant teams.
