• Bachelor or higher in Law
• At least 5-7 years of experience in law firm or legal experience from financial institutions
• Fluency in written and spoken Thai & English
• Lawyer License (preference)
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines
• Excellent analytic skills, strong communication, and presentation skill

• Draft, review, revise contracts and provide comment on various type of contracts and other legal documents (in both Thai and English) required for the company’s business.
• Provide legal advice, guidance, consultation on various aspects of laws and regulations including commercial law, labor law, corporate law and others which related to company’s business.
• Perform all legal processes as required by law for the establishment of the new subsidiary, and the registration of any change or alteration in company matters.
• Liaise with external counsel (external lawyers) manage legal disputes, including litigation and arbitration and represent the company in legal proceedings, if necessary.
• Provide reports related to legal works to top management and any committee as required.
• Other legal works as assigned.

• To manage day-to-day activities in treasury functions to meet the finance obligations of the organization, banks and finance institutions (including subordinate companies).
• To supervise all treasury processing & monitoring activities and provide direction to subordinates including coordination of work flow.

• Deal with banks about working capital or other financial issues.
